Week three hire and onwards are discounted by 50%. Eg Week 1 £100, week 2 £75, week 3 £50 and week 4 £50.

Vintage Roneo Neopost mail franking machine. The machine operated using a manual hand crank or lever mechanism. The internal mechanism would rotate a printing die, which was inked and pressed onto an envelope or postage tape strip. The postage credit was stored mechanically within the device. It had to be taken to a post office to be reset and re-credited. From 1940's.
