This is a Fairchild (DuMont Laboratories) Type 766H oscilloscope, a laboratory-grade dual-trace instrument designed for analysing electronic signals with delayed sweep capability. Built during the transition from classic DuMont designs into Fairchild branding, it was used in research, broadcast engineering, and advanced electronics work. Circa 1960s.
