Week three hire and onwards are discounted by 50%. Eg Week 1 £100, week 2 £75, week 3 £50 and week 4 £50.

A robust torch in a strange finish - it looks like the white has worn off to reveal red beneath. No ideas on why it is colours like this. UL refers to the fact it has been certified by Underwriters Laboratories and meets specific safety standards. It was made for a specific purpose though we know not what or who for. Plastic so likely late 20th century.
