Aneroid barograph, likely British. A mechanical atmospheric pressure recorder using a stack of aneroid capsules linked to a pen arm, tracing barometric changes onto a clockwork-driven rotating drum. Housed in a glazed metal case, it was used in meteorological stations and observatories for continuous pressure monitoring prior to electronic recording systems. 1920s - 1940s.
